Watson tied the rookie record with 5 touchdowns in the game. Contrast that with the season-ending injury of Minnesota Vikings’ running back Dalvin Cook and week four was one of extremes. Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans (1st Round, 12th Overall, Clemson) – Watson became a pocket-passer this weekend. It seems to have suddenly all clicked for the talented rookie. At one point in the game he had a perfect passer rating. He finished the game 25-of-34, for 73.5% completion rate, four touchdowns, one interception and one sack, for a final passer rating of 125. He also rushed for 24 yards on four carries with an additional touchdown.

Kareem Hunt, Kansas City Chiefs (3rd Round, 86th Overall – Toledo) – Hunt once again led all rookie running backs in rushing. He averaged 4.8 yards on 21 carries with 101 yards in the the Chiefs 29-20 win over the Washington Redskins.

Elijah McGuire, New York Jets (6th Round, 188th Overall – Louisiana-Lafayette) – Three rookie running backs made the Top 10 in rushing yards in week four. Newcomer to the NFL Rookie Tracker, Elijah McGuire made the list with 10 carries for 93 yards (9.3 YA) with one touchdown. His two receptions for 38 yards helped propel the Jets to a 23-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Leonard Fournette, Jacksonville Jaguars (1st Round, 4th Overall – LSU) – Fournette continues to do his thing, showing off that he is a multiple threat. He put up 145 yards from scrimmage on 24 carries for 86 yards (3.6 YA) and four catches for 49 yards with one touchdown in the Jaguars 20-23 loss to the New York Jets.

He had 96 yards from scrimmage on five carries for 25 yards and 10 receptions for 71 yards and one touchdown.
