Future Watch: Corey Davis Rookie Football Cards, Titans – Corey Davis was selected fifth overall by the Tennessee Titans in the 2017 NFL Draft. When a wide receiver is selected this high, the first one to go off the board, the expectations are that he’ll be the team’s number one target in the next season or two.

The 6′-3″, 209 pound pass catcher is experiencing his first NFL training camp. Like a lot of players who have to survive the rigors of the sport, he injured his hamstring and that leaves his status up in the air for week one. The team has him penciled him in and only time will tell. They won’t rush him but they do want him in the lineup as soon as he’s healthy.

Davis can catch the ball from a lot of different formations but his specialty seems to be operating in the slot. He can beat elite defenders to get the ball down the field. He did that in practice with his quarterback Marcus Mariotta delivering some deep strikes.

At Western Michigan University, this talented future star became the NCAA’s all-time receiving yards leader before he left. His last three seasons were stellar with seasons of 1,408, 1,429 and 1,500 yard seasons. He caught 52 touchdowns in his career and averaged a terrific 15.8 yards from scrimmage for his entire time there.

Corey Davis already has some great autographed rookie cards in the market. As a skill position player and top draft pick, collectors can be assured to find NFL licensed rookie cards of Davis in the complete portfolio of 2017 Panini NFL football card products during the 2017-18 NFL season.

Here’s a look at his athletic grabs:

After Davis gets the ball he’s tough to take down. He has a lot of energy and speed. Titans fans can expect to see him doing more than a few end zone dances this season. He’s a can’t miss talent.
