The 8×10″ image from International News Service shows Babe Ruth crossing the plate after belting a three-run homer in the 7th inning with Lou Gehrig, ready to step in the batter’s box, shaking his hand. The blast capped a six-running inning for the Yankees. Former Gatorade Exec Auctioning Vintage Michael Jordan Memorabilia – Bill Schmidt was instrumental in developing the famous “Be Like Mike” advertising campaign and frequently attended Bulls games when Jordan played in Chicago. Artist Tim Carroll, who creates unique baseball card art by cutting up other baseball cards recently completed this masterpiece in homage to the “Lucky 7 Find” which featured the Ty Cobb backs. He used some Topps Allen & Ginter and 1982 Topps commons to create it and the piece measures 16.5″x 29″.
