Hot in the Shop – Week of September 26th, 2016 – Topps Trifecta – The sports world was rocked yesterday morning about the passing of Miami Marlins’ pitcher Jose Fernandez. The 24-year old Cuban defector, was killed in a boating accident Sunday morning. He was a beloved MLB figure with an amazing story. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
Not to be over-shadowed, the sports world lost another legend with yesterday’s passing of Arnold Palmer at the age of 87. Three of the greatest of their sports, Muhammad Ali, Gordie Howe and now Arnold Palmer, have made for a sobering 2016.
In more upbeat sports news, the Chicago Cubs have taken another step to ending their World Series Championship drought. This weekend, the team secured home-field advantage throughout the NLCS. The MLB regular season finishes out this coming weekend.

The Walking Dead – Daryl Dixon w/ New Bike (9/26/2016) – From McFarlane Toys. Daryl Dixon is a skilled hunter, fighter, tracker, and mechanic whose talents have made him one of the most valuable individuals to the group, and allow him to build and maintain his own motorcycles.
Daryl first sported a custom chopper which belong to his brother, but has since lost it when the prison was over-run. In Season 5, now with access to a garage full of parts in Alexandria, Daryl has modified a brand new bike to suit his scouting and independent lifestyle.
