NBA Playoffs Bring Out the Best in Matthew Dellavedova – With the spotlight shining on the Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James return to his hometown team, it has been an undrafted shooting guard out of St. Mary’s College that has been the real headline.
Matthew Dellavedova has proven to be the testament to the fact that almost anything is possible with hard work and perseverance. The Cavalier signed him to a contract after performing well for the team’s summer league in 2013.
Last night, he dropped 19 points on the Chicago Bulls while playing stellar defense against Bulls’ star, Derrick Rose. The win secured the Cavaliers’ return to the NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals.
