2017 Upper Deck Small Business Saturday Winter Packs Promotion – After the retail world recovers from Black Friday, Upper Deck will be rewarding select authorized dealers with special 2017 Winter Set Packs.
These limited edition packs are FREE to dealers, through their distributors. These limited edition packs are ONLY being sent to select retailers as an incentive to drive traffic for Small Business Saturday.
