2020 Topps Baseball Update Cards Checklist –  The Los Angeles Dodgers have captured the World Series and the baseball season has come to a close. The card market, however, is still going with one of the most popular brands of all time – Topps Update. With roots that date back several decades to Topps Traded, Update puts the cap on the base brand product issued by the MLB-licensed company. This year’s edition features (1) Autographed or Relic Card, along with BONUS Silver Packs!  2020 Topps Baseball Update arrives in stores this Friday, November 6, 2020.

2020 Topps Baseball Update Series – Continue with Topps’ Celebration of the Decades in 2020 Topps Baseball Update Series! Featuring modern stars, player transactions, top prospects, and historical MLB All Star Game and Postseason content, your collection isn’t complete without the release of Topps Baseball Update Series! Showcasing action photography, collectible inserts, autographs, and memorabilia from the most collectible players in MLB.

To start, Update has become well known for its rookie cards, including late-season debuting players, and 2020 is no different. Across the 300-card base set, there are 39 RC or RC Debut cards. Names here include 2020 MLB Playoffs breakout sensation Randy Arozarena, Trent Grisham, Bo Bichette and Jorge Alcala. The base set also includes All-Star Game and Home Run Derby cards (the latter of which include historic champions), Active Leaders and Combo themes.

Premium hit chasers aren’t left out in the cold though – there are some amazing cards which you can pull out of every box. Among these are Own the Name relics, which feature letters from the name plate of a player’s jersey. New York Yankees fans, meanwhile, will want to hunt down the NEW 20 Years of the Captain and Jeter’s Final Season commemorative patch cards, honoring the legendary Derek Jeter. Other NEW content includes non-patch versions of the 20 Years cards and A Numbers Game, an insert showcasing retired jersey numbers.

Autograph seekers, meanwhile, will be in the big chase for Baseball Stars Dual Autographs. Up to five copies of each of these cards exist, featuring combos such as Ken Griffey Jr. and Ichiro Suzuki. Single autographs are also available from a wide variety of current players and legends, as well as Cut Signatures from Ernie Banks, Joe DiMaggio and others.

Also look for the Silver pack box toppers, seeded (1) in every Hobby box and (2) in every Jumbo box. These packs feature 1985 Topps Baseball Chrome Promo cards, throwing back to the legendary design. There are also autographs and parallels here!
