Baseball Cards Daily: #cardSTOCK – July 2018 Stock Updates – Francisco Lindor, Cleveland Indians
They don’t call him Mr. Smile for nothing. Lindor is a fresh face who connects with fans and delivers on the field. He’s only 24 and one of major league baseball’s brightest stars. Cleveland is a contender in the American League and that’s great news for collectors/investors. Winning will only increase Lindor’s popularity and card demand. Lindor is amazing. His power game has developed rapidly and he’s a legitimate threat at the plate. He’s a player you can count on and is a must-invest!

Baseball Cards Daily: #cardSTOCK – July 2018 Stock Updates – Trea Turner, Washington Nationals
The 13th overall pick by the Padres in 2014, Turner was the “player to be named later” in the Wil Myers three-way deal in 2015. The Nationals did well acquiring this rising star! It hasn’t been done since Vince Coleman in 1987, and won’t be done this year, but if Tuner can stay healthy, he has the instincts and speed needed to capture 100 stolen bases in a season. As I mentioned, it all comes down to health with Turner. He’s a dynamic player who is capable of amazing feats. There’s risk in investing, but also high reward!

Bregman had a great rookie campaign and has emerged into a star in his second year. He has all of the intangibles to be the future leader of the Astros. During the Astros’ World Series run last year, Bregman was an instrumental piece. He’s a reason why Houston will be a strong force for years to come. This past month, Bregman was a force to be reckoned with and was named AL Player of the Month. He’s an exciting player on a great team – buy in!

When Story was selected out of high school in the first round of the 2011 draft, the Rockies hoped he’d develop into a an impact player. He’s well on his way! Despite being a league leader in strikeouts since he debuted in 2016, Story is an impact stat producer. That ability is what wins on the field and card market. While there are highs and lows when you invest in/collect Story’s cards. His offensive prowess reminds me of Josh Donaldson. Big gains could be ahead!

Still growing into his body, the 21-year old Jimenez has the raw power potential that’s rarely seen. It won’t be long until he’s a 40-plus home run guy in Major League Baseball. In comparison to Ronald Acuna Jr. or Vladimir Guerrero Jr.’s cards, Jimenez’s cards are not nearly as pricey. The ones to get are displayed below. Jimenez has the power potential of Aaron Judge and the star qualities to shine in a big market. Power plus demand equals a hobby monster. Look out!
