Future Watch: Andy Pages Baseball Cards, Dodgers – Andy Pages was signed as an international free agent by the Los Angeles Dodgers in October 2017. At the time, Pages was considered one of the top young hitters in Cuba, resulting in the Dodgers having high hopes for him. After the initial contract, the Dodgers signed him to a minor league contract in March 2018.

In 2018, Pages starred in the Dominican Summer League where he slugged nine homers and drove in 33 in just 42 games. In 10 games of Arizona League fall baseball, he had a double, a home run, three RBI and a steal.

In 2019, Pages moved to the Pioneer League getting 235 at-bats and yielding 70 hits,  including 22 doubles and 19 home runs. He drove in 55 in just 63 games and hit a solid .298.

It was reported that Pages was almost included in a trade this past offseason. When that didn’t happen, the Dodgers got a second chance to see how this prospect would develop.

Pages offers one of the best combinations of strength and speed in the system, though he’ll probably settle in as an average runner once he’s physically mature. His instincts help him cover ground in center field and may allow him to stay there long term. He easily profiles in right field with his power and an arm that earns plus-plus grades from some evaluators.

ETA: Unknown.

Here’s a look at Andy Pages in action:

Collectors can pick up a variety of Andy Pages cards in 2020 Bowman, and he also has cards in 2020 Topps Pro Debut.

Pages is listed as one of the Dodgers’ top 30 prospects. Some have him in the top ten. With baseball’s minor leagues are paused for 2020, we can only hope he can get back in action next season and keep moving up the ladder. He’s a must collect.
