Future Watch: Jerry Jeudy Pre-Draft Football Cards, Alabama – Jerry Jeudy is the best wide receiver in the upcoming 2020 NFL Draft. Very few will argue against that and most pundits expect him to go first among the pass catchers.
He attended high school in Deerfield, Beach Florida. As a junior he caught 41 balls for 496 yards with 10 touchdowns. As a senior there he caught 76 passes for 1,054 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was a five star recruit and ranked the third best wide receiver in the country by 24/7 Sports Composite.
The 6-1, 177 pound prospect committed to the University of Alabama. Miami, Florida, Florida State and Tennessee all put the full court press on this exceptional athlete. Having a coach like Nick Saban probably sealed the deal.
He joined the University of Alabama in 2017. From that point on he had an impact on the program that increased over time.
In his three years playing for the Crimson Tide, Jeudy racked up 2,742 yards and 26 touchdowns. A true speedster, he displayed big play capability and averaged 17.2 yards per catch.
His racked up a variety of awards, including:

- Consensus All-American
- 2018-19 First-Team All-SEC

After announcing he was leaving Alabama, he went to the NFL Combine. He showed off his speed running a 4.45 in the 40-yard dash, a 35” vertical, and a 120.0” on the broad jump. He was ready.
Where he is going to go in the first round is anybody’s best guess. A lot of teams can use him. Right now, we’re in the quarterback era, even the best of them need a big, fast target who can run great routes. Jeudy is that guy and now he’s going to wait to hear his name called. He is a must-collect.
