Future Watch: Nyheim Hines Rookie Football Cards, ColtsNyheim Hines was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the 4th round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The North Carolina native is a talented running back who made a name for himself at NC State.

Before we talk about his football career, Hines was a track and field star. In 2016 and 2017 he was an All-ACC champion in the 4×100 relay. It would be easy to write an article about the rest of his running accomplishments but back to football.

2017 was a big year for the 5-9 running back. As a junior, he rushed for 1,112 yards with 197 carries and twelve trips to the end zone on the ground. His career numbers there were impressive: 1,400 yards and 13 touchdowns. After that season he was ready to move on to the NFL draft.

At the NFL Combine, he ran a 4.38, 40-yard dash. The knock on him was his size and many teams were questioning what his overall durability might be in the NFL.

Fumbling issues came up in his first two preseason games, so he worked on hisball security” before the season began.

Hines has played in all six games for the Colts in a complementary role to start. In Week 2 against the Washington Redskins, he got his first professional touchdown.

See it here:

Week 3 against Philadelphia, he had only 18 yards on the ground, but he caught five passes for 25 yards in the air.

In Week 4 against Houston, he caught nine balls for 63 yards and two touchdowns. Andrew Luck found an option that wasn’t there for him before the season began.

For Week 5 he had 15 carries for 45 yards against the New England Patriots. He also had seven catches for 45 yards. This was the most yardage he had put up in any single game in the early part of this season.

Collectors can find rookie cards of him in 2018 Donruss Football, Elite, Illusions, Phoenix and more.

He has no fumbles. He has world-class speed. Don’t miss out on him.
