NCAA – Justin Jackson (Northwestern), Conner Floyd (Tulsa), Anu Solomon (Arizona), Samaje Perine (Oklahoma), Charles Nelson (Oklahoma), Sean Maguire (Florida State), Aaron Green (TCU), Conor Hundley (Akron)
NFL – Todd Gurley (St.Louis), Stephen Tuitt & Shamarko Thomas (Pittsburgh) Jameis Winston (Tampa Bay), Tyrann Mathieu (Arizona), Devin Funchess (Green Bay)
In NCAA-D1, Houston wide receiver Demarcus Ayers was instrumental in helping provide the spark that led to the team’s 35-34 win over Memphis, despite starting the fourth quarter with a 20 point deficit. Ayers had 13 catches for 127 yards.
In the NFL, Jameis Winston scored a game-winning 1-yard touchdown run with 54 seconds to play as the Buccaneers beat the Cowboys, 10-6.
