GTS Moving Florida Warehouse To Jacksonville – In an effort to better serve our customer base, GTS Distribution has announced plans to move our Florida warehouse location from Orlando to Jacksonville over the next several months.

Dear Valued Retailer,
As part of GTS Distribution’s continued commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, including shortest possible delivery lead times, GTS will be opening a new distribution center & sales office location in Jacksonville, Florida. Jacksonville provides excellent parcel 1 and 2 day shipping coverage, has a port to expedite our overseas deliveries, and offers excellent and cost effective warehouse facilities.
We expect the new location to be operational within Q1 – 2016. Our Orlando location will remain open until we have Jacksonville up and running, at which time we will shut down that facility. All of our Florida retailers will be within a one-day ship from our new Jacksonville location. With this larger location, we can provide improved depth and breadth of product, further contributing to high fill rates and customer service.
We would like to thank the local Orlando stores for your continued support through this transition. The highest level of service to our retailers continues to be our primary focus. We believe 2016 will bring even more positive changes to our organization so that we can better serve you.
