History of Artbox: Trading Card Sets, Checklists, Images, Odds, Resources – Artbox (DBA Artbox Entertainment or Japan Printing Products USA Inc.) Artbox Entertainment was an American publisher of trading cards and collectible card games.

Their headquarters was in San Clemente, California, USA. A subsidiary of Ensky (Formerly Amada Printing MFG. Co., Ltd), Artbox Entertainment was established in 1995 as a United States based company to manufacture and market popular licensed products by specializing in the category of printed goods and collectibles. Artbox was founded as a subsidiary of Ensky Japan, a leading manufacture, marketer and distributor of licensed products.

The company produced multiple licensed trading card sets between 1998-2011. Their first sets were focused on popular anime properties including: Pokémon, Sailor Moon and Dragonball Z, to name a few. Video game titles and comic book properties like Resident Evil and Lady Death were also among the company’s first releases.

Artbox’s list of licensed properties grew to include popular Hollywood franchises including: 24, Harry Potter, Terminator and The Simpsons.
