Hot in the Shop – Week of May 8th, 2017 – FUN Week!! – While this weekend was absolutely LOADED with sports action. Highlights included a NASCAR race at Talladega Speedway, the NHL playoffs saw two teams trying to force a Game 7 and two teams already punching their ticket to the Conference Finals, the Kentucky Derby, an epic Yankees vs. Cubs series, the Cleveland Cavaliers poised for another Championship run and much more.
However, that wasn’t even the biggest event of the weekend. No that honor goes to pop culture and the cinematic release of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. This is a MUST see movie and perhaps the greatest “sequel” in film history. Guardians is sure to create a strong demand for all things related to the movie including Baby Groot merchandise.
