Joey Gallo Delivers Epic Performance in MLB Debut – Texas Rangers’ top prospect, Joey Gallo, made his much anticipated Major League debut on June 2nd, 2015. Filling in for injured Adrian Beltre, Gallo proved up to the task delivering four RBI and going 3-for-4 at the plate including a single, double, and a homerun.

Here is a look at Gallo’s first hit in Major League Baseball.

However, it was his tape-measure blast of 430 feet into the upper deck of Arlington Stadium that truly announced his presence on the big league stage.

Gallo has long been on baseball card prospectors watch lists and at just 21-years old, has the potential of being a future star. His first cards debuted in several prospect oriented products in 2011. However, now having made his MLB debut, his official rookie cards will finding their way into packs of several upcoming Topps and Panini baseball products.

Gallo also has autograph cards in products from this year including: 2015 Onyx Platinum Elite, 2015 Bowman Baseball and 2015 Topps Pro Debut.
