NFL Future Watch: Zamir White Football Cards, Las Vegas Raiders – The Las Vegas Raiders selected Zamir White with the 122nd overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. This 6’0” 215 pound running back might be a steal in this draft. The Raiders are certainly hoping that’s true.
In his high school days, White tore his ACL. It happened to him again in his true freshman season during training camp at the University of Georgia. There’s no way around that it was a lost season.
In 2019, he played in 13 of 14 games. He finished that season with 408 yards on 78 carries, third-best on the team. He had three touchdowns and he returned kicks as well.
2020 was a shortened season. White played in 10 games as a full-time starter gaining 779 yards with 11 touchdowns. He averaged 26 yards a return. White blocked a punt too. His versatility is something that football coaches love.
In 2021, White played in 15 games. He had career highs in carries, 160, and yards, 856. His 11 touchdowns tied his career high, and his 5.4 yards per carry average was tied for his career-best as well.
With some previous injuries and not a ton of college games under his belt, the NFL Combine was very important for White. His 4.40 in the 40-yard dash was good, and his 33.5-inch vertical was excellent. The 10’8” broad jump is important to add because that is a predictor to speed. It’s those fast twitch muscles that can set a player apart.
White is good at following his blockers, and that’s something he brought into Raider’s training camp. White has found the end zone and has been getting five or so carries in preseason. He has a real chance to be the #2 back in Las Vegas this season.

A cool card to target is White’s 2022 Panini Prestige Rookie. It shows him in his Bulldogs gear, but the black and white background is striking. He may be returning a kick, and the background isn’t in focus. It’s really well done.
A white-hot card is his 2022 Panini Chronicles Draft Contenders Optic Silver Prizm. It shows him about to run after he has the ball. You can see he’s looking to find a lane on the gridiron.
Another nice card is his 2022 Leaf Metal Draft. His autograph is interesting, and the way they placed the photo on the card ties up the design.
