Jordan Binnington was born in 1993 in Richmond Hill, Ontario. He began his career in the OHL for the Owen Sound Attack. In 2011, he was selected by St. Louis with the 88th overall pick. Binnington would spend 2012-2018 playing for the Attack in the OHL, the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL and the Chicago Wolves of the AHL. Collectors can find Binnington’s cards as a prospect in many of Leaf’s In The Game Hockey products from 2011-2016.

During the 2018 offseason leading up to the 2018-19 NHL season, Binnington signed a one year, two-way contract with the Blues. He began the season with their AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage. He was recalled on December 9th and made his first NHL start on Monday evening. Collectors can find his Young Guns rookie card in 2014-15 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey.

Off the Post: Blues Shut Out Flyers 3-0 on Monday Night – Robert Thomas Player Profile

Robert Thomas was born in Aurora, Ontario in 1999. He was taken by the London Knights of the OHL in the second round (26th overall) in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection. In three seasons with the Knights (2015-2018), Thomas scored 127 points in 133 games. Following the 2016-17 season, Thomas was selected by St. Louis in the first round with the 20th overall pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.

Thomas would make the Blues opening night roster for the 2018-19 NHL season. He made his official NHL debut on October 4th against the Winnipeg Jets. His first point came in a 5-3 win over the Calgary Flames on October 12th, 2018. His first NHL goal came on November 21st in a 4-1 loss against the Nashville Predators. Collectors can find Thomas’s Young Guns rookie card in 2018-19 Upper Deck Series 1 Hockey.
