Washington stormed out to a 3-1 lead in the first period, and would finish with a 5-2 win. Capitals right wing Tom Wilson assisted on a second period goal and spoke with Russ Cohen after the game.

Wilson has played his entire career with the Capitals, making his debut in Game 5 of a Stanley Cup playoff series against the Rangers in 2013. This was also during a time when Panini held an NHL license, and you can find his rookie cards among their catalog of products from that year.

This season, Wilson has scored 29 points (11 goals and 18 assists). The Capitals currently sit in first place in the Metropolitan division with 81 points, but the Penguins and Flyers are right behind them with 80 and 79 points respectively. Wilson will play a crucial role for Washington down the stretch and into the playoffs. He appears in many 2017-18 Upper Deck Hockey products including Artifacts, Series 1, O-Pee-Chee and more!
