Off The Post: Jack Eichel Hockey Cards, Vegas Golden Knights – A former 2nd overall selection by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, Eichel was traded to the Vegas Golden Knights during the 2021-22 season. At the time of the trade, Eichel was battling a spinal disk herniation. He’s recovered from that injury and is back on the ice creating magic for the Golden Knights.

Currently in his first full season in Vegas (he played in 34 games during the 2021-22 season), Eichel appears to have found his game that made him one of the best players in the NHL. Through 56 games thus far, Eichel has netted 23 goals and dished out 28 assists (51 points).

In a recent 5-3 win over the Philadelphia Flyers on March 14th, Eichel talked to the media, including our own Russ Cohen, about the win. Eichel, who contributed an assist in the victory, also discussed the importance of getting points down the stretch for the playoffs, and the team’s consistency since the All-Star Break.

Eichel’s official NHL rookie cards can be found in 2015-16 hockey card products. If you’re a hockey card collector, you should be very familiar with the products from the 2015-16 season. That’s the same year you can find rookie cards of Edmonton Oilers’ superstar Connor McDavid.

When it comes to Eichel’s rookie cards, many of them stand out. The most popular rookie card of Eichel’s is his Young Guns rookie card. Currently, a raw version of the card is selling between $40 – $50 on the secondary market. If you were interested in a top graded version of the card, they currently sell in the $120 – $150 range.

Eichel has a lot of great rookie cards, but there’s one card that’s pretty unique. That card is his 2015 Leaf Trinity. It shows Eichel, who is a native of North Chelmsford, MA, in a Boston Red Sox jersey throwing out the first pitch at Fenway Park. It’s a cool card for any Eichel collector and is available as an on-card autograph.
