Off the Post: Jets Drop to Flyers on Saturday, Patrik Laine Post Game Comments – On Saturday, the Winnipeg Jets rolled into Philadelphia looking for a win. Unforunately, they were stymied by the Flyers until the third period, ultimately losing 1-2. One bright spot in the loss was Patrik Laine, who scored his 40th goal of the season. He’s now tied with Alex Ovechkin with 40 goals to lead the NHL. Laine spoke with Russ Cohen after the game.
The Finnish native was selected by Winnipeg with the second overall pick in the 2016 draft. He made his NHL debut that October and quickly made an impact on the league. His rookie cards
