2013 Panini NFL Player of the Day National Sweepstakes Winner Aaron Kellington to Spend the Day with Steelers WR Antonio Brown

Card collector’s special day includes a private party in his home, $250 shopping spree for Panini NFL cards and a free autograph session for the community at Sportscards Etc. in McKees Rocks, PA

ARLINGTON, TX – APIL 22, 2014 – Aaron Kellington an avid trading card collector from the Pittsburgh suburb of Oakdale, PA., Antonio Brownturned one lucky pack of officially licensed Panini NFL trading cards into one fantastic grand prize in the 2013 Panini NFL Player of the Day promotion — the chance to “spend a day” with Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown on Sunday, April, 27, 2014.

Brown will attend a private party at the Kellington home to share stories of his career, toss around a football with the neighborhood kids, sign autographs and pose for photos with all of the party guests.  Following the party, they will take a limousine ride to Kellington’s favorite local hobby shop Sportscards Etc (Robinson Township -5629-B Stevensville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA). There, the entire community will join in as winners when the Steelers star spends an hour signing free autographs and posing for photos. While Brown signs autographs for the rest of the community, Kellington will enjoy a $250 shopping spree for Panini products at the shop.

At least 200 fans will receive a free autograph from Brown at the event. Collectors can “reserve” a spot at the front of the line in advance by visiting Sportscards Etc. before the event. Kellington was among more than 150,000 NFL card collectors who participated in the 2013 Panini NFL Player of the Day contest at more than 800 hobby shops nationwide this fall. He is among the thousands who earned prizes, but as the Grand Prize winner, he is the only one spending the day with an NFL player.  His journey began when he uncovered the designated Panini NFL Player of the Day from a pack of cards he purchased at Sportscards Etc. He was then randomly selected a grand prize winner at the store and entered into the national sweepstakes with 800 other winners.

Brown had a truly breakthrough season in 2013 by setting a Steelers record with 110 receptions to go along with 8 touchdowns and a Steelers record single-season record of 1,499 yards. Since joining the Steelers as a 6th round pick from Central Michigan, he as recorded 261 receptions for 3,561 yards and 15 TD’s and has also been a dangerous punt and kick returner added three more scores via return.

The 2013 Panini NFL Player of the Day (www.paninipod.com) promotion included more than 800 hobby shops across the country. Panini America and NFL Players coordinated the promotion.
