Growing up idolizing drivers like Mark Martin, Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, and Kevin Harvick, Ankrum now finds himself racing on the same tracks that they dominated.

A racer since he got behind the wheel of a USAC Quarter Midget at age nine, Ankrum branched out from his native California to begin competing across America and became the first driver to take five championships in a single season.

Racing Future Watch: Tyler Ankrum Racing Cards, NASCARAnkrum’s first late-model win at age 14 at Caraway Speedway set the tone for advancement to come. A year later, Ankrum transitioned to super late models. By 2018, Ankrum secured a partial-season ride on the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East circuit, and it would be a gross understatement to say that his success allowed him to finish the season. Ankrum won at the South Boston Speedway in May and subsequently won three races back-to-back-to-back en route to an emphatic series championship.

Also in 2018, Ankrum debuted in the Craftsman Truck Series. Ankrum raced significantly more in 2019, winning a race, qualifying for the playoffs and becoming Rookie of the Year. Qualifying for the playoffs subsequently, earning pole position honors and visiting the Winner’s Circle as well, Ankrum has continued to grow as a driver. Now marketing a line of “Fast Don’t Lie” T-shirts, Ankrum is living up to the slogan every time that he gets behind the wheel.

Ankrum’s cards and stickers were first printed in 2022 and include quite a bit of parallels and inserts. Donruss is represented, as well as Panini brands: Chronicles, Prizm, and National Treasures. A good amount of memorabilia is on the market, including patches, many autographed.
