Meet the Team
Rob Bertrand – Director of Marketing, GTS Distribution
Rob has been involved in developing hobby related, multi-media content for 20 years. An avid collector himself, he is the former co-host of Cardboard Connection Radio. Rob got his start on the business side of the hobby as the lead content developer for Card Corner Club before the site’s merger with Cardboard Connection, where he continued on as a multi-media contributor. He also has an extensive article archive on the collectibles website WorthPoint as one of their sports card and memorabilia experts. In addition to hobby related news coverage, he has also been a contributor with live event coverage for Sportsology.net.
Rob directs much of the day-to-day content on the blog.
Chris Steuber – Senior Marketing Specialist, GTS Distribution/Co-Host Go GTS Live
It all started in 1986 for Chris when his mom brought home a pack of Topps baseball cards. From that day on he was hooked. Sports cards and sports became a life-long passion. At the age of 12 through his high school years, Chris worked in card stores and got an early, inside look at the sports cards industry. Chris’ early passion for sports cards turned into a career in sports and marketing. During his 18-year career in sports media, Chris served as a sports writer covering the Philadelphia Flyers for TheFourthPeriod.com, NFL Draft Analyst for multiple media outlets such as Scout.com, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, NFL Draft Scout, Ourlads’ NFL Scouting Services, NBC Sports Philadelphia and PhiladelphiaEagles.com, and Sports Talk Show host for 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia. His career in sports media propelled him into the position of Director of Player Personnel in the Arena Football League, which he held with three organizations. In conjunction with his career in sports, Chris has been a marketing professional and graphic designer for the past 19 years. A native Philadelphian, Chris currently resides in Tampa, FL.
Chris’ extensive hobby knowledge and graphic skills get put to good use, and he is the force behind much of the day-to-day content.
James Gale – Technical Director/Producer/Social Media Manager, Go GTS Live
James lives in Los Angeles, California. He spent the first 30 years of his life living in Wisconsin, and is happy to escape the cold. When it comes to sports, his only Wisconsin ties are to the Milwaukee Brewers. He is an avid Timberwolves and Vikings fan. James earned a degree in Film Studies and Television & Video Production in Milwaukee, WI and has produced numerous videos for television and the web.

Libby Koch – Editor/Contributor
Libby Koch was first brought into the sports fandom by her childhood babysitter, Alice, a true baseball fan. While baseball is Libby’s first love, the stories of athletes and their lives have drawn her into all areas of the sporting world and the collecting hobby. During the week, she is a High School Special Education teacher. In her free time, she writes, reads, and binge watches games, matches, races, ends, and several TV series. She lives in Kansas City, MO with her husband, son, and daughter, who are all collecting enthusiasts. You can find her on twitter @LibbyKoch1 and on Instagram at libbykochwrites.
Libby serves as the site’s editor and she also covers women in the hobby, female athletes and more in her column Breaking Barriers.
Kelsey Schroyer – Multi-Media Contributor/NSCC event coverage
Kelsey conducts a majority of the sites interviews with industry personnel, celebrities and athletes in his weekly Hobby Musings article. He also covers the National Sports Collectors Convention as the site’s man on the ground and serves as multi-media and technical consultant.
Russ Cohen – Multi-media contributor/live event coverage
Russ is an accomplished writer for www.sportsology.info and radio host for the Sportsology Radio Network and covers multiple sports including writing specifically about the New York Rangers and Philadelphia Flyers. He has numerous articles published on NHL.com and other team websites as well as Slam, CSNPhilly.com and FoxSports.com. Some of his articles have appeared in Canadian Sports Collector, Goalie News, New England Hockey Journal, The Hockey News, Beckett Hockey, Blueshirt Bulletin, NHL Publications and he has a monthly column in Center Ice Magazine. He is also a fequent guest on several radio shows as a respected and valued expert on sports and has extensive AM radio experience including Hockey Prospect Radio on NHL Network Radio for the last 17 years, plus TSN 1050 and SportstalkNY WLIE 540 AM.
Russ provides audio commentary from the NHL via post game interviews, the draft, playoffs, Rookie Premiere and award show coverage. He is also a sports savant and is responsible for Future Watch Player Profiles for MLB, NHL and NFL.
Rick Morris – Contributor
Rick Morris is a veteran of sports and business media from the Cleveland area. A graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Communications at Ohio University, he is the Managing Partner of FDH Enterprises, LLC, which contains fantasy sports writing at FantasyDrafthelp.com and all-subjects podcasting at TheFDHLounge.com.
