Future Watch: Christian Kirk Rookie Football Cards, CardinalsFuture Watch: Christian Kirk Rookie Football Cards, CardinalsChristian Kirk was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals with the 47th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. His idol is wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald and now they’re teammates. Kirk hails from Scottsdale, Arizona so this is literally the team he was hoping would select him.

While attending Texas A&M he nabbed the starting job as a freshman in 2015. He played in every game and had 1,009 yards on the season. What a way to start his college football career. This really put him on the map.

The next season he had 928 yards, nine touchdowns and three return touchdowns. The fact that the 5-11, 201-pound athlete has this kind of versatility it made him a player scouts had to pay attention to.

In 2017, he had 929 receiving yards, ten touchdowns and one return for a touchdown. A good year, not his best, and that probably explains the slip on draft day. The Arizona Cardinals got tremendous value in this kind of player who has a massive ceiling.

Here’s a look at this prospect who can run a 4:48 in the 40-yard dash.

You can find rookie cards of him in 2018 Panini Luminance, Donruss Elite, Contenders Draft Picks, Score and Leaf Ultimate Draft.

Some have called him one of the most exciting players from this draft class. He has the speed to blow past defenders and the moves and strength to make the tight catches and still get the extra yardage.

Collectors should be in on him now. Forget that he slipped in the draft, that’s in the past. He could have an immediate impact this season and that’s the kind of player you want to be in on. He was good in OTA’s and he’s poised to have a terrific rookie campaign with the Cardinals.
