Future Watch: Nelson Agholor Football Rookie Cards, Philadelphia Eagles – The Eagles were in need of a big playmaking wide receiver after losing Jeremy Maclin to free agency this past off-season. The team’s front office and fans are hoping Nelson Agholor can fit the bill.
In route to All-Pac-12 honors, the 6′, 185lb, wideout put up solid numbers for the USC Trojans in 2014 with 1,313 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. He also chipped in on special teams with two punt returns for touchdowns as well.
Coach Chip Kelly loves all-around athletes whose versatility he can exploit in his offensive schemes. Agholor might just make a perfect fit allowing him to make an immediate impact for the team.
The 20th overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft, Agholor made his first professional catch a memorable one. In a pre-season game this past Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, he made a great catch on a bad throw, shook off a tackler and marched to the end zone.
Nelson Agholor already has several NFL rookie cards with more to come in future releases. He can be found in nearly every 2015 football card product from both Panini and Topps. He also has pre-rookie cards from Leaf and SA-GE.
In addition, his cards in both 2015 Upper Deck Football and 2015 Upper Deck Inscriptions Football have proven to be quite popular with collectors.
The most recent football trading card release to find Nelson Agholor autographs, inserts, memorabilia and base RCs is 2015 Panini Certified Football.
The realized prices for his cards on the secondary market are already at “star in the making” status.
Here’s a clip of his touchdown against the Colts:
