Latest offering celebrates football cards on every level
Leaf Packs Out 2013 Best of Football Set; Production Cut by 20% from Last Year! – Smack dab in the middle of the NFL season’s Week 11, Leaf Trading Cards is proud to launch its latest gridiron product: 2013 Best of Football. Like last year’s edition, it boasts many of the hobby’s most desirable rookie cards, certified autograph and memorabilia cards, and signed buyback vintage cards – all slabbed and/or graded with a ratio of one in every box. In addition, collectors will discover one 1-of-1 numbered sketch card of the biggest names in the sport also falling at a rate of one per box.

“We love football cards at Leaf. We love everything about the sport,” said Leaf President Brian Gray. “So we’ve provided collectors with a smorgasbord of the best football cards, past and present, that have ever packed out. The fact that these are graded, slabbed cards just validates that we are delivering quality to customers in every box.”
The production run for this year’s version of Best of Football consists of just 2,400 individually numbered boxes, which represents a 20% cut from the 2012 set. As has been Leaf’s mantra, scarcity drives the value of any collection.
Another important note within this year’s lineup is the inclusion of as many as 119 different football superstars and legends that have been honored via beautiful 1-of-1 numbered sketch cards. The player selection is a veritable who’s who of past, present and future stars of the NFL including Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster, Bart Starr, Ben Roethlisberger, Brian Urlacher, Bronko Nagurski, Deacon Jones, Dick Butkus, Don Shula, Drew Brees, Franco Harris, Frank Gifford, Jadeveon Clowney, Jameis Winston, Jerry Rice, Johnny Manziel, Lawrence Taylor, Marcus Allen, Paul Bear Bryant, Peyton Manning, Ray Nitschke, Red Grange, Teddy Bridgewater, Terry Bradshaw, Vince Lombardi, Y.A. Tittle and more.
