The Review
Courtesy of Panini, I had the chance to do a flashback break of 2020-21Panini Mosaic La Liga Soccer.  One of Panini’s more colorful products, Mosaic has a lot to unpack in a box that offers 150 cards.  Among those cards are 1 autograph per box.  My own box yielded a sticker signature of Celta de Vigo player Renato Tapia. While my autograph wasn’t serial-numbered, numbered parallels as low as 1/1 are possible in the box. Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham and Ansu Fati are among some of the more notable names you can find in the autograph checklist in this product.

In addition to the autographs, there can be some great value found in the numbered parallels.  I was lucky enough to come away with a Men of Mastery parallel numbered to 25 of Vinicius Jr.  I also pulled numbered cards of Manu Sanchez and Mickael Malsa.  The serial numbers are on the back of the card, so be sure to check all your card backs. The Vinicius Jr. had the extra added touch of being numbered 25/25.

You have to be a little eagle-eyed to catch all of the inserts and parallels in your box so you don’t miss any.  At 20 inserts, 15 Mosaics and 5 Silvers per box, there’s a lot to look out for.  The cards are absolutely beautiful, and you have to hand it to Panini’s design team on this one.  Soccer cards can be a little tricky given the relatively limited amount of action shot styles to choose from, but I found myself impressed with each progressive pack.

Overall, this was a fun product to bust.  If you’re a soccer and LaLiga fan, you should come away feeling satisfied with the variety and vibrance of the product.  As mentioned before, Mosaic is one of Panini’s more colorful products, and this was one was no exception.  Boxes of this are currently available online with some of the bigger retailers, as well as on eBay.  Prices vary, but the lowest seem to be around the $140 mark.  You might have to do a little digging to get a good deal on it, but it’s a product that can pay off nicely for you if you hit the right card.
